This national behavioral health corporation is seeking to add two Psychiatrists to one of its facilities in Tupelo, MS. Major medical facility is seeking two Psychiatrists to join 3 others for their well established and successful hospital employed practice. Possible Medical Director role/stipend for experienced physician. This is a 42 bed inpatient unit with an average daily census of 38 patients, and includes a 20 bed Geriatric unit. Geriatric fellows are encouraged to apply for either position. There is no child/adolescent census. Hospital is a regional tertiary care facility, and draws a wide spectrum of patients. Practice includes virtually all aspects of Psychiatric care, including traditional inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization. This is a chance to practice big city psychiatry in a serene and safe small city setting. Call will be a very manageable 1x5. Hospital is offering a very competitive salary and complete benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance, health/dental insurance, CME, PTO, 401k, relocation assistance, and much more.
