00 pm Primary Purpose:
Works as a liaison between the local lending department and Lending Support Manager, Division President, and Loan Administrator.
This individual must be flexible, personable, multi-task oriented, and have the ability to prioritize their work.
The individual will manage and prioritize administrative support for Loan Officers.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Communication To Lending Support Manager regarding division needs, issues, concerns, ideas and questions.
To local President regarding corporate updates, issues and concerns.
To branches, lenders and loan assistants regarding corporate directives, procedures, updates and policy changes.
Supervisory Manages, prioritizes and assigns administrative support for Loan Officers and Loan Assistants.
Provides supervisory support in the assembly and verification of loan documentation.
Training Coordinate and implement various types of trainings for the division.
Pilot Branches as applicable to specific divisions.
Loan Operations Responsible for Loan Committee applications.
Assist lenders and loan assistants with platform, loans, exceptions, etc.
Negotiable Collateral Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports Special Division Reports Customer assistance Research Job Specifications:
Minimum five (5) years' experience in lending and/or lending operations.
Good understanding of financial institution products and services.
Good understanding of loan application policies and procedures, as well as documentation required by underwriters.
Close attention to detail and good organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to learn and retain procedures for use of a PC, Computer printers and system programs.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
