North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Tupelo is seeking a skilled and committed Patient Communication Coordinator to join our team and assist us in delivering exceptional service and care to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities Assist our patients and referring dental offices with scheduling procedures for clinical visits.
Answer a large volume of patient calls promptly while projecting a positive, caring attitude with each conversation.
Have a good understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes performed in dental offices.
Communicate clearly and efficiently.
Be dependable with an organized mindset.
Enjoy interacting with patients and working collaboratively with a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
1 or more years of customer focused experience.
1 or more years of call center experience.
Dental Office experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
