The Parts Manager operates within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sale, inventory control, and expense control.
The Parts Manager will design, implement, and optimize parts department processes.
Most importantly, they will attract, retain, and effectively engage department personnel forming an amazing team! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need.

Qualifications to be a Parts Manager:
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Ability to effectively lead and work as a member of a team.
Basic computer knowledge, general software experience.
