Responsibilities:
- Manage patient accounts and ensure accurate billing and payment processing - Review and reconcile patient financial records - Assist patients with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement - Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Utilize financial software and databases to update and track patient accounts - Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Requirements:
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately - Excellent research and problem-solving abilities - Experience in financial sales or planning is preferred - Knowledge of banking processes and procedures is a plus - Ability to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively communicate financial information Note:
