We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for children under your care.
Your role will involve providing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of the children, and promoting their social and educational development.
Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the physical, cognitive, and social development of children - Create a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and secure - Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diapering as needed - Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage good behavior and discipline when necessary - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or daycare settings is preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with toddler care and preschool-aged children - Ability to engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children If you are passionate about providing quality care for children in a nurturing environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
