Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care Skills:
- Experience in caregiving or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff members - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Compassionate and patient demeanor when providing care to residents Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
