Job Description:
Originate, Manage and Maintain relationships with medical facilities, physical therapy centers and assisted living facilities - as well as the personnel and doctors that work there - that refer patients to OPS.
Originate new patient relationships to OPS including gathering of the initial information required to bring them into the OPS system.
Coordinate the gathering of documentation and information for patients, as well as coordinating care between the practitioner and the patients' physicians, therapists, and caregivers.
Face to face with new patients HIPAA requirements the Practice Management System used at the time the Sales Management System used at the time System used at the time Weekly Activity Sheets Other relevant software systems used in your daily operation New relationship development strategies Tactics for accomplishing your various role.
