- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and supervise a team of retail sales associates - Train and onboard new employees - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Handle cash transactions and manage cash registers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures #### Skills:
