- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and supervise a team of retail sales associates - Train and onboard new employees - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Handle cash transactions and manage cash registers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures #### Skills:
- Bilingual - Strong customer service skills - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Experience in retail sales and store management - Proficient in basic math calculations - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in achieving operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales.
