Job SummaryThe Revenue Management Office Lead - Discrete Manufacturing, will drive Belden's go-to-market strategy & execution to achieve our three-year Accelerated Growth objectives through our solutions offerings.
You will make an impact in the following way:
Develop and own the go-to-market plan and execution for a priority industry area, including development of annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting Identify and prioritize target customers, segments, regions, and channel partners Own the value proposition and drive the roadmap of industry specific use cases and solutions Partner with Belden's GPS organization to drive innovation and refinement of the industry-specific use cases and solutions Provide hands-on support to front-line teams to create account plans, value stories, and engage customers in C-level discussions Participate, own, and lead activities within and across Go-To-Market teams as part of an integrated, cross-functional pod Engage with Belden senior leadership in strategic planning activities What you will bring:
Experience:

years building and executing sales plans 5
years
in Industrial Automation within discrete manufacturing Experience leading large, cross-functional teams Solution selling training and experience Bachelor's degree preferred Skills:
