Duties & Qualifications Assist the Maintenance Director with providing routine building and property maintenance to keep the building, equipment and campus in proper working condition.
Maintaining interior/ exterior of facility and grounds, including painting, light appliance installation and repair, and other facility maintenance projects as needed in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Experience working in facility or grounds maintenance position.
Knowledge of HVAC functions is helpful.
